Wichita Kansas MOAA Chapter These appointed Officers provide invaluable service to the Chapter by sharing their special talents and skills without which the Chapter could not function. Their combined wiliness to serve, often for years, is not only invaluable but insures that a continuity of service is provided to the Chapter. Committee Chairs are also critical to the ongoing functioning of the Chapter. Each Officer contributes significant time and years of leadership to their respective committees and functions.
